Background of the Carlyle Team
The Pat Carlyle Team was established in 2002 by Pat after
a successful career in the corporate world providing services
in strategic planning implementation, communications and
executive development. She has enjoyed the privilege  of
working with top executives from over 45 Fortune 500 companies
internationally and the U.S. Government. She
has been able to transfer these skills to her real estate
practice by understanding the short and long term economics
of the local real estate market, analyzing return on investment—and
most importantly, listening well to what her clients want
and need.
Ms. Carlyle’s goal in establishing her team was
to create a boutique real estate experience that has all
but disappeared in the “discovery of the Emerald
Coast”. That experience offers quality over
quantity, long-term relationships over one-off deals, and
consulting over salesmanship. These guiding principles,
coupled with a custom approach to marketing, are the tenets
of our operation.
Pat Carlyle, Broker Associate
Patricia Carlyle is a licensed real estate broker. She
graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of
Science in Human Development and from Temple University
with a M. Ed. in Organizational Development.
She obtained her real estate license in Florida in 2002
and her Florida Broker’s license in 2003. Since
she began her business, she has consistently been a top
sales leader in her firm and on the Emerald Coast.
Ms. Carlyle is also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute
(GRI). She proudly serves on the Emerald Coast Board
of Realtors Grievance committee which hears ethics and
professional standards issues.
Pat lives in Blue Mountain Beach. She is also very active
in local neighborhood efforts, serving on the Board of
Directors of Bark Park, Inc, teaching dance yoga, riding
her horse, and playing with her dogs on the beach.
